Hi friend, Good that you are seeking help in this forum. Smoking anytime is harm to the body. Appreciate you for controlling it during your pregnancy. Why are you not able to have the same control post pregnancy? I think you can do it for the sake of baby. May be need to find the trigger to manage and control the urge.
There are other diversion and withdrawal techniques available to reduce the urge. If interested feel free to reach online for further assistance.
