Without examination, I can not say whether it is typhoid or not. But typhoid seems less likely based on your history. Other causes of igm positivity:
cross-reactivity with other bacteria: igm antibodies can sometimes cross-react with other bacterial infections, leading to a false positive result.
Previous exposure or vaccination: if a person has been previously vaccinated against typhoid fever or has had a past infection, they may still have detectable igm antibodies in their blood.
