I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A rectal abscess can happen when a tear in that area becomes infected or an anal gland becomes blocked. A sexually transmitted infection (sti) can also cause anal abscesses.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Most causes of a swollen anus are temporary and harmless, but some require medical attention. The anus is at the end of the rectum, and muscle surrounds it. Depending on the cause of the swelling, people may have additional symptoms, such as pain, itching, burning, or bleeding around the anus.

Give bandy-plus suspension to your child by mouth, preferably with a fat-containing food such as milk. This will help your child's body absorb this medicine better. In case your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking bandy-plus suspension, give the same dose again.
Apply betnovate n cream locally.

Hello! can transverse colon ptosis (colon is down under the belly button) and cecum located lower than its supposed to cause daily pain with occasional (1/week) sharp pain attacks in one specific belly area (few cm to the right of the belly button) for 2 years? 3 colonoscopies, 3 ct scans, 1 mri - all clean, calprotectin negative, blood tests are fine, no blood, no fever, no diarrhea, only bit of mucus in stool. If its the transverse colon ptosis issue, does surgery to reduce colon and pull it up help? Is it done anywhere? Spasmolitycs & painkillers don't really help. My life is basically on pause for 2 years because I am in a constant pain, can't sit long in same position, I can't even walk fast not talking about doing sports of any kind. Thank you for your response in advance, kind regards.

There are many potential causes of rectal pain including hemorrhoids, anal fissure, inflammation from ibd, infection, and trauma. Cancer is also a potential cause, but it's much less common. Rectal pain is often easily diagnosed and managed. At-home treatments may be all that's needed.

Constipation can lead to bowel incontinence. If solid stool becomes impacted, it may be too hard to come out. The muscles of the rectum can stretch and weaken, and watery stools may then leak around the impacted stool and seep out of the anus. This is called overflow of the bowel.
