If the L4/5 disc bulge is causing you no symptoms, then it is very fine for you to go jogging. However, you must do good warm up exercises before jogging, especially for spine flexibility, so that the disc prolapse will not aggravate and cause you symptoms. Yoga is the best form of warm up you can do.
