1. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

Cut back on processed and fast foods. They tend to be higher in calories and fat. Don't serve sugary drinks. Swap soda, juice, and sports drinks for water and skim or low-fat milk.

Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks. Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. Cut carbs from your diet. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat.

First try to find out if your haemoglobin levels are normal otherwise you will not feel hungry, Are your digestive system healthy i.e. U r not facing issues like constipation, acidity, gases etc. If your digestion is not good, whatever you eat will not be absorbed by the body. Thirdly make sure you r taking good amount of sleep & water daily. Which you usually tend to avoid or forget in your age due to studies. Some physical activity is must to make you hungry.
