The timings are quite suggestive of variation in your sleep timing s or circadian rhythm as it is called. It has definitely some impact on your health.
But if it is a bare necessities for you then take care of your diet as well till your body gets habituated.
But there is no point in over stressing your body for this sake. There might be other solutions as well, after all it's our mind set only.

This commonly happens before exam particularly if u study well and u'll see what ever u have prepared well it will come to ur mind.
Don't worry.
Do morning walk for 30 min daily.
Will bring sleep.U also do breathing exercise for 10 min before sleep.
