Some birthmarks are suitable for surgical excision, which will completely remove the birthmark but will leave a scar. If you are interested in surgical treatment you will need to see a plastic surgeon. Your gp may be able to advise you further. Hello dear, the teeth discoloration type will decide the treatment option, few of the reasons for tooth discoloration is dental flourosis, enamel hypoplasia etc. Treatment plan like bleaching and veneers can be done after taking the detailed history of discoloration.

कोई एक दांत काला पड़ जाए और उसमें दर्द न हो तो व्यक्ति लापरवाही करता है। असल में कैनाल पर आई चोट से पल्प क्षतिग्रस्त होने लगता है जो धीरे-धीरे पूरे दांत को खराब कर देता है। ऐसे ही दांत में कीड़ा लग जाए तो दांत की मजबूत परत पर सबसे पहले असर होता है। धीरे-धीरे यह कीड़ा दांत को प्रभावित करता जाता है। दांत में यदि ठंडी संवेदनशीलता है तो समझें कि केवल फिलिंग की जरूरत है। वहीं गर्म संवेदशनशीलता स्वत: रूट कैनाल की ओर इशारा करती है।

the yellow colour of our teeth depends on our skin tone too.
With age also our teeth get yellow colour due to the deposition of enamel; which is normal. If the function of the teeth are not affected and they are not giving your smile an ugly look. In that case you should just bear with them.
