In certain cases (developmental, syndromes of head and neck, TMJ arthritis) TMJ disorders are very very complicated and also symptoms overlaps with other atypical facial pain, myofascial pain etc. So a clear diagnosis cannot be made based on your history. Visit an oral medicine and radiology specialst (MDS) to confirm your diagnosis and treatment accordingly. Certain radiographs of TMJ can be taken to evaluate after clinical examination.

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first.
Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week.
Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day.
Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo.
Revert me after 1 month.

Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism.
It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important.
Eat meals at frequent intervals.
Eat a mid meal between each main meal.
Avoid junk foods.
Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Exercise at least thrice a week.

Make a good routine having time for some exercise causing sweating, take fruits and green vegetables daily. Have egg or protein via various dals. Have enough water a day.
Sleep at or around 10 pm and get up at 6 am to start the day.
Breath holding exercise and some yoga postures under guidance will help.
