Does having the low level of vitamin d and b12 prove a strong reason of developing the symptoms like redness, itching, pricking, heatness and rashes on skin?

Hey good evening the answer is no these deficiency can not cause skin rashes however decreased vitamin b3 can be a cause for this.

My doctors prescribed me acnesol nc gel in morning but I have dry skin I need to use moisturizer I am confused like I should use this gel after or before moisturizer.

You should apply acnosol nc gel at night and moisturizer in the morning, just check the moisturizer you are using is non-comedogenic otherwise it can increase the pimples.

I have suffering from skin infection from 3 years when I was started treatment with itraconazole 200, levocetirizine 10 mg, ketoconazole soap, it will started to diapers but after some days it will come back after the lot of treatment I was control it by only applying luliconazole 1% and ketoconazole soap regularly. Then I was shifted homeopathy treatment but the infection started appear on large quantities.

You need to continuously follow up with the doctor.
The medicines might have to be changed it it looks like the infection has become resistant to a particular drug. Fungal infections do take a few months to clear.
Regular follow up is important
can't comment on homeopathy as i'm not a homeopathy dr.

Is there any alternative cream to panderm which is safe to use and doesn't have side effects, I used to use panderm cream, my skin has become very fair, but I started getting pimples etc so stopped it, now I have recovered back. But I like the way panderm cream used to make my skin look fair and very fresh, is there any alternate cream which gives results as panderm but safe to use and has no or less side effects?

Please don't use panderm on your face. It is a steroid cream which has a lot of side effects and should never be used on face. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment of pigmentation.

Nipcare cream is used for the prevention and treatment of dry, sore, and cracked nipples during prenatal and postnatal period. So, it is better not to use it, you will not get the same result as expected.
