As a breast feeding mother try using natural things only, use turmeric pack or aloe vera gel to lighten skin, if you have melasma or pigmentation use coconut oil on the same as it will lighten the spots.

Stop using this cream.
apply a good moisturizer sunscreen like Uvglare in the morning and Bio C serum at night for 4 months.
Use Glareglow face wash also.

Use a good sunscreen - most important. (u can use acne uv gel.) apply morning n afternoon. Full face. This will atleast protect from further worsening. Now what skin lightening cream will be best for you can be decided only after proper evaluation n seeing phrographs.

apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
