To help remove a skin tag, apply 6 to 8 drops of a high-quality tea tree oil to a sterile cotton ball and secure to the skin with a bandage. Remove after 15 minutes. Do this three times a day until the skin tag falls off

Hello, you seem to be having skin tags and Dermatosis papulosis nigricans or DPN. Which are due to aging and skin damage. The treatment is RF cattery, plasma pen or laser. No creams can make it go away. To decrease further new ones from appearing. You need to use Sunscreen. Consult a certified Dermatologist.
