Good afternoon. Regarding your query on 5 year old keloids, depending on the size and locations various allopathic options exist. Silicone sheet treatment is indeed one of the options. Contractubex gel at this stage (5 year gap) is unlikely to produce much effect if any. Regarding homeopathic options, I hope a doctor of the relevant field can provide you with an answer.
