treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. There are minimal chances of infection with injections but once there is infection its very difficult to treat keloid have a 80-90% chance of recurrence, but if the infection persist then better to get it removed with intralesional excision with skin grafting.
