I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The treatment depends on the duration of scar and facilities available. The advance treatment option includes fractional co2 lasers in multiple sessions. Topical medications may be of little use and will supplement laser treatment.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.

Although scars are permanent, they can fade over a period of up to 2 years. It's unlikely they'll fade any more after this time.

gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Using hair removal cream on your private parts is a normal thing. You might have used a more aggressive cream. Try to use a skin sensitive cream which is especially made for the sensitive skins. Uh, from your question it looks like you might have some sensitive skin and that has caused some allergic reaction in your private parts. But do not worry, with some medications and proper care it will go away within a week.
