Optimum weight would be around 60 kgs for your height, to achieve the same you should do regular workout for at least 45 minutes (mild to moderate level). With that a check on the diet would be great.

Hi, High bilirubin could be due to high intake of oil and processed foods in your diet. Reduce oil to 1 Tbsp per day and ghee to 1/2 tsp per day. Also increase fibre intake like Fruits, Vegetables, Whole grain cereals ,Pulses in your diet. Avoid Butter, Cheese Bakery items, Ice-creams etc.

For skin whitening kojic acid containing cream or serum and vit c serum may be helpful. For acne scars creams generally don't work and you need to go for advanced therapies like laser therapy and chemical peeling. But you should consult proper dermatologist for that.
