You can opt for either of online or in clinic consultation. However its important to stop using over the counter drugs like betnovate, because if its an infection, its likely to complicate the problem and also lead to skin damage if used for long periods.

Hi, lamisil, miconazole are all antifungal medicines so they should help. Along with creams, try and keep skin irritation free. Wear loose breathable fabrics. Sweating, moisture, pressure, warmth, friction can all make fungal infection worse so are to be avoided. Hi, fungal infection can be recurrent. Fungus thrives in moist conditions. Please wear loose cotton clothes to allow your skin to breathe. Avoid sweat. Try and keep skin clean and dry. Take shower twice a day especially after any activity that makes the skin sweaty. Apply d-k gel twice a day on the itchy rash. If rash persists, pls see a dermatologist.
