You have used a steroid cream on your face.
First and foremost you have to stop applying that cream.
Use soppy cleansing lotion morning and evening as cleanser. Use suncros suncreen to full face in the morning. Wait for 10 days, till the inflammation subsides, then I can advice you the cream you can use for your pigmentation.
