According to your information, I understand that your problem is long-standing, so you can't get rid of it just by using medicine or cream. So follow the health rules, diet, use these medicines with it, hope you get good results
first clean the face with a good face wash, then apply glomela cream only once at night, along with vitamin e 600 mg once at night, after food. Use them for minimum 1 month, hope you get good results.
