Cosmelite should not be used for that long. It is only meant for a very short time. You have developed a side effect called cutaneous ochronosis n side effects of steroids. The treatment is going to take some time.
Stop the cream asap n consult a dermatologist immediately
by using the cream you r just worsening the problem.

Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
