I got something like tinea. The earlier doctor gave me a clobeta gm cream and some antifungal tablets. It was gone but now came back. Description - some dark spots, skin wearing off, itching sometimes. And it is spreading on the backside also. Is there any permanent remedy for this?

Clobeta gm is the wrong cream for tinea. You will need proper course of oral anti fungal medicines and topical creams. You can consult online after sending your pic so that medicines can be prescribed.

Sir/mam, Recently I had an accident and 50 percent of my nail got peeled off. I did the dressing and did not peeled that nail fully. Now its been a week, I have no pain and I am recovering but I have a doubt. 1) do I need to get it peeled fully to recover or it will recover like this only? Recover in the sense will the new nail come without peeling because some people have said for a new nail to come, you need to get the existing one peeled off. 2) there is some blood cloat, do I need to worry fir it? You need to continuously follow up with the doctor.
The medicines might have to be changed it it looks like the infection has become resistant to a particular drug. Fungal infections do take a few months to clear.
Regular follow up is important
