It can be due to a plenty of reasons. A blood panel and x-ray of your hand with a detailed history will definitely help to make a diagnosis and suggest treatment plan. You can have an online test consult with me to get suggestions on a treatment plan.

You will definitely need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon. There is a possibility of a displaced fracture and if not set properly, it will be a lifelong deformity. There is also a possibility of nerve and blood vessel injury. So please visit an orthopaedician as early as possible.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
An osteosarcoma tumor may cause a dull aching pain in the bone or joint around the tumor. Often, there is a firm swelling or lump in the area of the pain. This swelling is caused by the tumor growing inside the bone. If the cancer is in a leg bone, the person may limp.
