I have started using tretinoin 0.5 a month back. I use it every alternate night followed by a thick moisturizer. However, I have started noticing peeling on my forehead and nose area. Should I stop using it? What needs to be done? Please advice.

Hi
tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.

I am 22 years old since I started menstruating its always been irregular, iâm not a virgin and I thought this would change when I start having sex, but its been the same. Most times I menstruate consecutively for 5 months and it doesât show up in the remaining months and vice versa. Other times I skip a month or two till the end of the year. My major concern right now is that I'm naturally a hairy person and have hairs all over my body. You should apply acnosol nc gel at night and moisturizer in the morning, just check the moisturizer you are using is non-comedogenic otherwise it can increase the pimples.

Nipcare cream is used for the prevention and treatment of dry, sore, and cracked nipples during prenatal and postnatal period. So, it is better not to use it, you will not get the same result as expected.
