Asked for female, 25 years old from Visakhapatnam

5 months ago I did mnrf (micro needling rf) and my skin was awful then first I was prescribed clobetasone but it was’t useful then I started using mometasone for more than 2 months then day by day skin became worse, then I was prescribed tacrolimus 0/1% it was helped me so much but even after 5 months my skin is red and darker than others parts of my skin, I changed my dermatologist just recently he told me this is steroid induced rosacea (tsdf) and I was prescribed ivermectin 12 mg for 4 weeks once, doxycycline 100 daily once, pimecrolimus 0/1%,brimonidine gel sometimes my skin is very red. Now I wanna know this treatment is good and also I this pimecrolimus can’t treat redness as equal as tacrolimus although pimecrolimus won’t make skin sensitive and itching shall I continue this treatment without any doubt?

I am using demelan cream from last 6 years not continuously but with break of 1 or 2 months. It has improved skin tone and collagen because of glyceric acid. My question is that will it’s efficacy will decrease with time since I am using it for long time. It has no side effect shown on me but in turn only improved only I am worried about its efficacy or potency with time.
