Boils are not gonna happen throughout the body in most cases restricted to some areas. Without seeing the actual lesions it's difficult to say about your condition. Share the pics over text consult. After which only a correct diagnosis could be made and treatment could be started accordingly.

This is mostly a genetic problem. Avoid sun exposer, use sunscreen lotion spf 50.
Don't use cream containing hydroquinone, oxitrate.
Avoid using scrubs, avoid spicy foods.

Go for blood test cbc with esr .its a simple blood test .if any abnormal report come then it is serious. Otherwise it will be due to any food or weather or synthetic cloth allergy.
