Hello sir, I am suffering from skin problem for the last 3 months, as I am getting itching sensation more vigorously at night where with less intense itching in day time, at my genital areas, groin and arm pits. Hi
tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.

I am 22 years old since I started menstruating its always been irregular, iâm not a virgin and I thought this would change when I start having sex, but its been the same. Most times I menstruate consecutively for 5 months and it doesât show up in the remaining months and vice versa. Other times I skip a month or two till the end of the year. My major concern right now is that I'm naturally a hairy person and have hairs all over my body. I had vellus hair on my face and I had to wax them, but it hurts badlyâ¦i switched to hair removal creams which I've been using for the past 4 years and my hair has become thick now and grown within a space of 2 daysâ¦i have stopped the use of depilatoriesâ¦i just started using dermaplaner and an ipl I got, but iâve not seen any positive result because my hairs grow really fastâ¦iâd like to know if thereâs anything I can do to stop the hair growth.

You need to continuously follow up with the doctor.
The medicines might have to be changed it it looks like the infection has become resistant to a particular drug. Fungal infections do take a few months to clear.
Regular follow up is important

However, i'd like to be transparent about my existing medication: thyroxine sodium tablets - 25 mg every morning before breakfast. Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets - 500 mg after dinner.
