Hi
tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.

I am 22 years old since I started menstruating its always been irregular, iâm not a virgin and I thought this would change when I start having sex, but its been the same. Most times I menstruate consecutively for 5 months and it doesât show up in the remaining months and vice versa. Other times I skip a month or two till the end of the year.
