These are signs of hirsutism. Hirsutism may be idiopathic (or without any known cause), due to hormonal imbalance, pcod or thyroid disorders, medications like topical steroids, etc. Your doctor may advise you to get a hormonal profile done, for proper diagnosis and treatment. You may shave after foaming the area with soap and using warm water, it will irritate your skin less.
Waxing is the best method for temporary hair removal and for clean underarms as it takes the hair off the root.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots.

Hi. If you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time,
1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day,
