Dear lybrate-user, relax.as far as chronic sinus problems are concerned medicines have little to no role to play. You must explore surgical option as in fess (functional endoscopic sinus surgery. That done and your eye cheek pressure would get resolved, so please consult a good ent specialist for a thorough sino-nasal evaluation.

Dear lybrate-user, relax.you are unnecessarily giving diagnosis instead of giving a proper history. Please get a proper sino-nasal examination done. Furthermore monteleukast alone will not solve your problem nor will taking only salbutamol. At your age tonsil is out of the question as it affects only children. You may feel free to consult me or any other ent specialist .

Its maybe due to allergic rhinitis as its happening in the morning. Make sure to clean the dust on and around your bed as that maybe causing it. Take an anti histamine (anti allergy) medicine before sleeping.
