First of all tell amount of blood in sputum Which is very important in this symptom. Second what is the report of sputum examination which will tell amount of blood and about presence of any bacteria like Tuberculosis. Third is there fluctulation in the quantity of blood in sputum in 3 years. Fourth your hemoglobin status and blood pressure. Fifth investigation for blood clotting factors. Sixth your Addiction history. Answer this so that I can make diagnosis. And one more thing there is very very less chance of malignancy as per your history given. Take care.

Reduce your exposure to things that may make your tinnitus worse. Common examples include loud noises, caffeine and nicotine. Cover up the noise. In a quiet setting, a fan, soft music or low-volume radio static may help mask the noise from tinnitus.

Hi lybrate-user. Asthma is now common among people who are very much allergic. You should make sure that you don't have any infections. In case of infection it can increase the difficulties. To overcome asthma you have to first what all things you are allergic to and also should take regular medication without fail atleast for a few months. For any other details please do consult.

Spina bifida occulta is a malformation of one or more vertebrae (bones of the spine). It is sometimes called “closed” spina bifida. In most cases, spina bifida occulta causes no problems. The general term spina bifida describes several conditions that all arise from a defect in an embryo's developing spine. There are four types of spina bifida: occulta, closed neural tube defects, meningocele, and myelomeningocele. Occulta is the mildest and most common form. With occulta one or more vertebrae (bones that make up the spine) are not properly formed. ... Closed neural tube defects are the second type of spina bifida. Spinal dermal sinus tracts are abnormal connections between skin and spinal cord that cause cord tethering. They are considered as part of the spectrum of spina bifida occulta. Despite the frequent presence of cutaneous stigmata, these lesions are often diagnosed late or not at all. In some circumstances, the diagnosis is made after repeated bouts of meningitis.
