Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet

To increase in immunity of your child please try to suggested weight which I think is printed on Immunizations records of your child. Maintain suggested weight Keep check your child increase in height by every on an average of 5-6 CMS every year

"As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor gastroenterologist and do few investigations like endoscope and manometry
2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about pantoprazole, and Baclofen
