probably you might be having low hb due to iron difficiency, for which iron- folate tab can be taken once a day, after food.
Try to find cause of other reasons behind your low hb also by relavent tests.

Since tsh levels are too high dose of thyronorm is very low. Repeat test should be done after one month. You have not mentioned about actual present complaints.in view of high tsh levels you should consult a consulting physician - internal medicine or better still an endocrinologist for some other tests like antibody study and monitor periodically under their supervision.
