This is really good news and don't give up on your decision. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. The best way is to find out about the harmful effects of smoking and tobacco. The knowledge itself helps keep the intention to stop active. But as you know that is not enough but it does have a telling effect. I remember that in the early nineties, we knew that smoking was reducing by 1% annually in the West while it was growing by 2% in India, all because of the awareness created by various agencies in the developed countries.
