the testicles are extremely sensitive organs. A minor strike to them can produce excruciating pain. More importantly, injuries can jeopardize the health and functionality of the testicles, possibly leading to male infertility. Therefore, testicle pain needs to be examined and treated immediately.

You are feeling pain in your stomach and testis after masturbation. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Avoid masturbation. Follow this and be happy.
