Knee replacement is a common procedure now a days and helping lot of patients with knee problems majorly done in cases with grade 3 osteoarthritis. You can surely opt for it if her condition is debilitating and she is not able to walk. Just go for strengthening and range of motion exercises before and after the surgery.

Its better to have brisk walking rather than treadmill or jog. Though never contradicted, its always better to protect the implant as implant too undergo wear and tear.

The lower end of the vertebral column is inflamed and that bone is called coccyx bone and the condition is called coccydynia.
