Hi doctor, I have slight pain inside the folder. I can easily rotate shoulder in all direction. I can do push ups as well. But there is slight pain too deep in my left shoulder. It started just 2 weeks before. Pls help I don't have previously diagnosed ailments, I am 40 years old. I take good homely food and daily do exercises. I am not sure this could be some inflammation or uric acid secretion. I am around 82 kg weight well built slightly muscular in nature. I do weight training exercises daily for one hour with mild weights that includes barbell bench press, squats, biceps curls. I do warm up and stretch compulsory. I am vegetarian by food. If you want suggest some dietary supplements pls do suggest. I am not under any medication or drug and has no habits or drinking ang smoking. I eat 3 times a day with 2 times on millets. I do consume optimum nutrition whey protein daily one scope to keep my protein requirements in tact. Please suggest proper inflammation medicine with dietary changes if required.

Hi Lybrate user kindly need to do mri of shoulder joint to make diagnosis of soft tissue injury, treatment will depend on that.
Note:- self assess yours condition is your shoulder pain goes from shoulder to elbow or shoulder pain goes from shoulder to wrist, if it goes till elbow then it might be due to shoulder injury or if pain goes from shoulder to wrist / hand then it might be due to cervical nerve compression/ cervical radiculopathy.
