Ma'am with medicines take Ultrasound therapy for a week and after a week of US ask for shoulder mobilization exercises. Within 15 sessions the shoulder pain will diasappear and and the movements will be free.

Regards Lybrate user. Pain from abdomen structures can refer pain to shoulder. Pain over the left upper part of abdomen (stomach or spleen or diaphragm) may refer pain to left shoulder. Problems with liver or gall bladder may refer pain to right shoulder. They both could refer pain to mid back as well. I had pain in tip of my shoulder blade and under the shoulder blade region for last couple of years. Earlier it was very mild and hardly noticeable but in recent months it became prominent. So I consulted an orthopedic who suggested ift and ultra sound sessions for the same and gave ubitoc and etody 120 tablets. But when I started the ift and ultra sound, from that day I started feeling burning and warm sensations whenever that region touches the bed when I sleep on my back or sit on my chair with back support pillow. I have a slight slouch in my posture but never had this burning feeling in that region before the ift and ultrasound treatment. I just had sharp pain in the region. What could be the possible causes and what should I do to get rid of this burning sensation in the upper back area? Doctor when consulted told me it's normal for pain to change into burning sensations for a short while and it maybe a muscular issue only and gave me gb 29 semi tablet for 10 days. Please advise.

Keeping skin moisturized shrinks the veins. Hand exercises that encourage blood flow make the veins less prominent, as well. One exercise to try is wrist stretches. First start by putting your palms together and raising your elbows out to the side.
