Dear lybrate-user can you tell me about your present complaints? About pain score, offending movements.
One thing is very clear full thickness tear will not heal gradually. If your work profile is sitting job then you can manage conservative but shoulder will work in inner range only and you have to take great care about wt bearing positions.

Shoulder impingement occurs when there is impingement or change in the position of the tendons or a bursa (fluid filled sac or cavity, which causes friction in the joints) in your shoulder. Repeated overhead exercises or intense physical activity concentrated around your shoulder is a common risk factor for shoulder impingement. The examples of such activity would include playing outdoor sports like tennis, swimming etc. or painting for long hours.

5 do’s & don’ts to reduce your knee pain.
1.Don’t take too much rest- not only your body muscles may become weaker even your joint’s pain may become worse. Take consultation from your physiotherapist to guide you with knee pain exercises which are safe for your knees & keep doing it.
2.Do exercise– exercises help in strengthening the muscles, increase flexibility & also support your knee. You can also do swimming, walking, elliptical machines & bicycles, etc.

Very strange to know that you developed fibromyalgia at the young age of 15. Myself is a homoeopath and I think that homoeopathic treatment can help you in a more effective way rather than to go on taking such painkillers which can cause some adverse reactions in our body if used for long. So discuss your case in detail so that we can find a solution of this stress related syndrome-------------------
