It is called recurrent dislocation of the shoulder. You need to rest the shoulder by wearing shoulder brace which will help you to get rested. This further helps you to get rid out of pain. This is the best method until your dislocated shoulder and the surrounding muscles and capsules gets healed. Once it is healed then you will definitely feel better.

Right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.
