Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having joint pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for this pain. Apply ice for the pain to get subsided immediately. You can also stretch the biceps and also the triceps muscle which will help you to feel better. Your finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

Keep ice in the area where you have pain/or where the muscle is injured. This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.

That's a lot to discuss. However regarding the concern on his back pain, it must be due to prolonged illness and the strain in the back and the gluteal muscles and also the activity is highly minimized these might be the reasons for you to have back pain in the ends of the back, if it is a pathological pain then he will undoubtedly have pain in the legs and also the pain will radiate down the legs causing numbness. Due to blood circulation impairment the pain exists in the lower back.

Rest
avoid using your muscle for a few days, especially if movement causes an increase in pain. But too much rest can cause muscles to become weak. This can prolong the healing process. After two days, slowly begin using the affected muscle group, taking care not to overdo it.
