First finish your study with some light snacks, at last take your dinner. Than try whether you can concentrate in study if no go to bed. Try to arouse in early morning n study. For this there is no medicine.

Normal average size of penis is 5 to 7 inches when erected and 3 inches in flaccid state. You want to increase your penis size and girth. I advise you to take proper balanced diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Do kegel and jelqing exercises daily. Follow this and give feedback.
