Asked for male, 27 years old from Gurgaon

Hello my wife is cheating on me cause she says I got a small penis and unable to satisfy her physically. I never had any relationship before my marriage, so don't know much about it. She is cheating on me with multiple partners and doesn't want to have intercourse with me. She says that you are really good in foreplay buy when it comes to intimacy your small penis doesn't make any sensation. She says she had relationship before our marriage and was really active sexually and now she won't have sex with me. She says she would love to have foreplay with me and sex with any random guy over me (at the same time). It's affecting my mental health, my physical health and our relationship.
