Hi, I am suffering from herpes zoster from last 5 days. Consulted a local doctor but no relief it is increasing day by day. Extreme pain and burning in affected area.

Since evening of 24th February I am suffering from herpes zoster. Today on 25th I go to the skin specialist and he advised me tab herpex 800dt (5 times daily) and fusiwal cream (2 times daily on infected areas). Is the advice is the best one or any thing else advice you can give for better quickly cure of this.

My father 70 years old and he is suffering from shingles on his head for the last 2 weeks, the red dots are healing, but for the last 3 days he have the most painful thing he had experience in his life time, he scream and he cannot bear it, but it was only for a minute, this occurs every 5 to 6 hours.
