Hi. Have you done any strengthening program after that. or Are you going to gym to strengthen knee muscles. Gym Rehab is important before starting to jog or Run. if you are going to gym try to concentrate on core muscles also along with strengthening. warm up and cool down is essential before and after jogging or running respectively.

You can use fenugreek for tightening and increasing the size of your boobs. Take some amount of fenugreek and mix with water. Apply it on your breasts and let it dry for 15 minutes and wash it. When you will rub and wash automatically you can feel the difference. So if you want result frequently then do this for twice or thrice in a week. Join a gym or yoga. The instructor will show you. It will take at least 6 months with proper diet. Doctors are not gym instructor. If you have a disease we can prescribe/show you physiotherapy.
