Hello,
Nocturnal emission can be due to an upset stomach or indulging into porn etc. If the problem is not frequent and bot recurring in a set time interval, nothing to worry. Just improve your dietary habits and sleep timings. But if the problem is persistent,it's better to start medications.

Hello sir, first of all colic is a normal phenomena and we normally do not give any medicine for that. Some things which increase colic are if your baby is bottle fed or formula fed. Exclusively breast fed babies do not cry so much at night. Still there are other reasons for a baby's crying. Lot of times babies just want a parent to take them in their laps. They will then stop crying and go to sleep. Sometimes baby is wet, hence cries excessively. Avoid using diapers at home.

You need to see a Cardiologist and get ECG, Echo and blood tests. You might be suffering from undiagnosed hypertension beforehand. Hypertension due to pregnancy usually sets in a little later. Gynaecologist should closely follow the baby's growth etc as high BP may affect fetal blood supply and impair growth of the baby. If high BP is persisting then treatment will be started.
