Don't worry about this because if female previously have any infection then she's able to infected other if she's not infected then no chance to infected. And you already use condoms during intercourse why you panic for this. During washing private parts no chance of infection.

Thanks for your query on Lybrate
"As" per your clinical history is concerned if both agree then there is no problem at all in doing sex. If you want to prevent pregnancy till marriage then do not do sex on her ovulation day (12th-16th)of her cycle. Rest of the month you can do without any protections if her period is regular.
