Hello-
balanitis is an inflammation of the glans (head) of the penis. It usually causes redness and/or a blotchy rash on the glans and inside the foreskin, sometimes with a discharge or odour. Balanitis may be itchy or uncomfortable but often feels normal. Balanitis is not sexually transmitted.

If both women you had unprotected sex with are clean, meaning they do not have any STDs, then your risk of contracting an STD is essentially zero.

There are different antibiotics prescribed for treating different types of sexually transmitted diseases (stds). Antibiotics prescribed by health experts include cefixime (suprax), ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin. Cefixime, ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin are given orally, while ceftriaxone is administered intramuscularly. It is advised not to take any medicine without your doctor's consultation.

Std's such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomoniasis are curable. Incurable are hiv/aids, human papillomavirus, herpes, and hepatitis b but symptoms are manageable via treatments.
