O Shot Therapy - The Many Benefits Of It!

O Shot Therapy - The Many Benefits Of It!

O Shot therapy or The Orgasm Shot is a non-surgical procedure that enhances sexual arousal and improves sexual health in women.

Why is it needed?
Female sexual disorders render many women incapable of achieving an orgasm. A lot of women also experience acute pain during sexual intercourse. This might be due to lack of lubrication or decreased vaginal sensitivity and arousal.

The female genital anatomy goes through a number of changes during a woman’s lifetime. Aging, pregnancy and menopause cause hormonal changes that might result in sexual dysfunction. O shot therapy is aimed to treat these sexual dysfunctions.

Lichen sclerosis which causes patches to appear in the genital areas and urinary incontinence are also remedied by O shot therapy.

How does it work?
O shot therapy uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) which is taken from the patient’s blood. The growth factors are segregated from the plasma and used as injection fluid. These platelets are injected in and around the clitoris and the vagina.

An incredibly simple procedure, it takes less than 15 minutes and causes virtually no discomfort or pain. Since it is a minimally invasive procedure, it requires little to no recovery time.

The platelets stimulate the tissues to encourage them to generate new cells. This increases the sensitivity of the injected areas. It also helps in the generation of healthier tissues and enhances the blood circulation in the genital region.

Benefits-

  1. O Shot therapy improves arousal by clitoral stimulation which increases the chances of achieving an orgasm.
  2. It rejuvenates and nourishes the vaginal muscles, making the skin of the vulva smoother and healthier.
  3. It tightens the vaginal opening improving the chances of a vaginal orgasm.
  4. It induces frequent and stronger orgasms.
  5. It enhances sexual arousal and desire.
  6. It improves natural lubrication which in turn reduces discomfort and pain that one might experience during sexual intercourse.
  7. It helps regulate hormone levels and manages any disorders that might arise from a fluctuation in them.
  8. It helps treat urinary incontinence.

Sexual dysfunction in women has been stigmatized for a long time. With the advent of this cutting edge therapy, women are taking charge of the treatment of their sexual and gynecological problems. Ignoring one’s sexual needs and health is detrimental to one’s social, professional and family life. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

For ED and stress you need medication Erectile dysfunction (ED) is commonly called impotence. It’s a condition in which a man can’t achieve or maintain an erection during sexual performance. Symptoms may also include reduced sexual desire or libido Exercise regularly. Really. Make it a priority to get outside or go to the gym and walk, run, swim, bike, or do strength training at least 4 times a week. According to a study conducted by Harvard, walking 30 minutes a day caused a 41% drop in risk for ED. Getting regular exercise aids circulation, getting your blood pumping through your entire body. When it's time to sustain an erection, better circulation is key Keep your weight down. Larger waistlines are associated with higher rates of ED. Putting in the work to slim down can lead to huge improvements in the bedroom. Make sure you're eating a healthy diet loaded with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Quit smoking. Smoking can make ED worse, since it interferes with your circulatory system and is linked to diseases that cause ED. If you're having trouble sustaining an erection, now might be the time to give up the cigarettes for good. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol is another substance that has a huge impact on erections. After a few drinks, many men of all ages find it much more difficult to stay hard. Exercise your pelvic floor. The pelvic floor helps the penis stay hard during erections by pressing on a vein that keeps blood from leaving until the erection is over. Men who exercise their pelvic floor have better results than those who rely solely on lifestyle changes to correct erectile dysfunction Remove stressors from your life. Anxiety is one of the biggest culprits when it comes to ED. If you can find a way to destress, you'll be more likely to maintain erections. Think about the biggest sources of stress in your life right now. What can you do to give yourself a break? Practice mindfulness. Do you find yourself getting distracted by worries instead of living in the moment during sex? Mindfulness is the act of being completely in the present, both physically and mentally. Clear your mind and focus on the sensations your body is feeling during sex Communicate with your partner. Do you feel comfortable and accepted when it comes to your sexual performance? If you're worried about meeting your partner's too-high expectations or living up to some kind of standard, it will be harder to maintain an erection - it's called performance anxiety. If you think your partner's judgement might be hindering your ability to have satisfying sex, you need to communicate your needs and find ways to make your sexual environment more inviting. Learn more about sex. If you have deep-rooted anxieties or guilt related to sex, these negative emotions might be causing your ED. Learning more about sex can be a good way to feel more comfortable with your body and better understand your needs in bed. Read up on sex techniques or take a sex positive workshop as a way to open your mind to new possibilities and increase your comfort level. FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE.

Sexual Problems - How Sex Therapy Can Help?

Sexual Problems - How Sex Therapy Can Help?

Physical intimacy is a healthy sociobiological concept. It is a primary human need and we all are aware of it. However, it is linked to cultural norms, expectations and behaviour. In many societies, talking about sex is still a taboo and talking about sexual problems is simply out of question. Many people even in modern societies feel embarrassed to discuss their sexual behaviour, preferences or issues. The fact is that a sexual problem is just like any other normal issue requiring a medical and psychological intervention. Neglecting such issues not only impacts one’s health but also happiness and relationships.

  • Sex problems can be experienced by both men and women. In men, inability to hold, premature or delayed ejaculation and impotence causes a lot of distress. In women, anxiety and fears impact negatively on their sexual behaviour. Apart from this, women may experience pain and discomfort during sex or a complete lack of desire for sex.
  • Sexual abuse or an unpleasant sexual experience can deeply affect a person’s ability to view sexuality as healthy and positive. Such traumatic experiences affect a person’s desire for sex as well as his/ her ability to perform. Thus, emotions play a pivotal role in sexual behaviour and need to be addressed with a lot of sensitivity.
  • Sex therapy is an intervention which deals with the sensitive issues surrounding sex problems through one to one counselling. The powerful sexual energy if not channelized well can cause a lot of personal and emotional problems. Thus, it is highly advisable to discuss the problem with someone knowledgeable, trustworthy and sensitive.
  • Sex therapy is a right platform to express one’s issues pertaining to sexual dysfunction as it promises a highly professional and confidential service. The role of a sex therapist is to help individuals understand their problems from a different perspective and initiate interventions to remove their own barriers to achieving a happy and fulfilling sexual life.

The principle force behind this therapy is self help. Thus, partners are empowered to understand and deal with their own issues with the help of an expert who acts as a guide and facilitator. Many times, couples with sexual problems start drifting apart and losing feelings of love and intimacy. Such partners fight over no issues and are unable to deal with their growing intolerance and disconnect.

A sex therapist can look at relationship issues and help couples resolve some of their differences thus restoring a positive relationship, so vital for a healthy sexual life. Sex therapy is undoubtedly a safest and best way to discuss your difficulties, fears, anxieties, desires and even fantasies. Distressed over a sexual issue, seek help, check out a trained sex therapist in your area!
