No, the scenario you described would not result in pregnancy. Sperm must be in a liquid medium to survive and be able to fertilize an egg. Once semen dries, the sperm cells die and become non-viable.

tri dot are screening tests for the qualitative detection of hiv & hcv antibodies, respectively, in human serum and plasma. So yes, your test reports are conclusive for hiv, but you should test for other std's also.
