I had a lot of back pain and consulted a physiotherapist. He stated that my spine is not aligned and will need correction. So he did some procedures like heat therapy and another machine that gave small currents on my back and then some manual correction in which he was pulling my neck. Anyway I went for one sitting and since then I feel very dizzy when I sleep on my back. Im fine while standing or laying sideways. Is this normal and what should I do to not be dizzy?

If it's an acute pain (4 weeks or less) you should get better with medicines and physio. If it's not resolving or increasing beyond this point, you may have to show the spine and pain specialist, do some tests like X-ray/ MRI and treat it early for complete cure.

My three year old son who attends regular playschool, was diagnosed with sensory processing delay mainly visual processing delay, when we took him for speech therapy consultation. Other senses are fine. We have been taking him regularly for occupational therapy thrice a week. After 5 months, therapist changes her opinion to him showing autistic traits. I have taken all online tests including mchat r test in which the score was 1. That was for making hand gestures in front of his face. Which last for not more than a minute. Rest all symptoms mentioned are not present in him. He has good eye contact, plays with other kids, no problem with any sound/ touch etc, imitates us. His pediatrician is also of the view that he's normal may be lagging a bit in development but will catch up as some kids are slow. I'm so confused about what to follow?

You must consult a proficient developmental pediatrician or a neuro paediatrician to address the concern. Along with taking a review of an efficient occupational therapist. The child may have some autistic features that don't necessitate being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Seek professional advice in person.

I want injection Lyrngoplasty for my right damaged vocal cord. 3 month passed away of speech therapy but not improvement. I had diagnosis the Paragangliom begin tumor near to VC 3 month before. Please advise bulk injection cost and how long this will work. Also confirm can I get the mobilization thyroplasty if bulk injection will not provide satisfied result.
