Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Bleeding is also due to infected & swollen gums. Advise investigation (OPG x-ray) with clinical examination for the treatment to check for gaps, bone loss & pockets. First start brushing twice especially at night after dinner.
Brushing after half n hour or one hour later.
Change the brush every 30 days
switch to a soft or extra soft brush
reduce acidity with medication
second, start using anti-sensitivity toothpaste like emoform, sensodyne rapid relief, ra thermoseal, and use mouthwash like sanquel ad mouthwash which contains potassiumnitrate 3%, or 5%.

Hello Lybrater user. Sensitivity problem is normal.
Use senso dent tooth paste or related tooth paste. Apply the paste on the gums and leave it for five minutes and then brush your teeth normally. Avoid hot and cold foods. The sensitivity will subside. Do scaling once. The sensitivity will be cured. Regarding the missing teeth, teeth has to be replaced either with removal or fixed teeth. My tooth feels sensitive after getting a filling today, feeling a sensation after regular intervals.
Filling procedures causes exposure of dentin layer of the tooth resulting in temporary sensitivity. Apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Hi. All mouthwash are almost same, best is home remedy of rinsing with lukewarm water and salt in it. Use medium tooth brush, though more than the type of brush it's the brushing technique which plays more role. Use any sensitive toothpaste like elsenz, acclaim, thermoseal ra for sensitivity and switch over to normal toothpaste once sensitivity settles. Take care.
